Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds but will gladly issue a gift
certificate or exchange your merchandise for the price paid.
Methods of payment
We accept credit cards but are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. We proudly use Paypal for all online purchases.

Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday,
not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Delivery is available for shipping to both P.O. Boxes and street addresses
within the continental United States only.
International Shipping: If you need us to ship internationally, please call the store at (305) 292-3635 to place your order and we can calculate shipping to international locations.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all packages priority mail via the U.S. Postal Service with delivery
confirmation. If the value of the package exceeds $100 we also will add
insurance based on the value of the package.
Gift Certificates
There is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Certificate. For your
protection, Gift Certificates ordered that are $250 or more will automatically
be shipped with a signature required.
